Hi! I’m Jody Ortiz
I began my writing career in the early 2000’s as a ghostwriter and editor, working with a worldwide client base that included celebrities and a major publishing house. With over 150 books completed for others, I emerged from the shadows with my first title in 2009.
Today, my catalog spans dystopian, fantasy, historical, and romance, plus true crime, self-help, children’s, and writing guides for authors.

In 2006, I was ranked 6th worldwide for ghostwriting. My ranking and reviews caught the attention of a local ABC news reporter.
In 2008, I was featured in the business section of the statewide newspaper for my ghostwriting career.
